Building
Facelift:
An older, dated looking
building was converted to a more
modern looking structure, with more
usable office space. Garage space,
no longer needed, was incorporated
into the building to make more office
space.
Medical
Building:
The interior of the updated office
building above was equipped with
8 state-of-the-art operatory rooms
(which required special State Regulated
electrical and plumbing), an innovative
reception area (with aquarium wall),
waiting areas, break rooms, protected
entry, and even a children's play
area.
Basement
Remodeling:
Open, undefined space was
converted to a carpeted, warm living
area: a family room, space for the
kids to play and the adults to relax,
and an exercise room with a custom
ceramic steam room.
Kitchen
Remodeling.
We replaced all cabinetry, built-in
all appliances and made the work
island a center for a second oven,
a microwave, and a breakfast counter.
A large lighting fixture was replaced
with recessed track lighting. A
storage closet was converted to
more accessible cabinet space. We
even took special care to retain
the existing wallpaper at the customer's
request.
Dining
Room Extension:
A dining area was enlarged, by building
a recessed area (using space from
the adjacent garage) for a sideboard
to sit, leaving more space for the
dining table.
